Summer running is my absolute favorite! If you have followed my blog for sometime, you know I love summer. I can’t run as fast in the car, but it doesn’t slow me down too much. Plus the sunshine, tan lines and gorgeous weather make up for me running a little slower. I am really excited about the XX2i Bahamas1 as they are both functional sunglasses as well as stylish.  Continue reading Summer Sunglasses: XX2i Bahamas1 Review

What it is like to run in the Adidas Ultraboost X?

I love shoes and I love to run, so when I was asked to test out the Adidas UltraBoost X, to say I was excited is an understatement. You may have noticed that Adidas has been getting a lot of attention lately. They have lots of great shoe styles, both new and classic out on the market right now. They have been making running shoes for some time, but the Adidas UltraBoost X is a new & revolutionary running shoe that is also extremely stylish. If you are in the market for new shoes, check these out.

the product

You may be wondering how the UltraBoost X is different than the UltraBoost. The X version is made specifically for women! There are a few aesthetic differences between the shoes as well. However, the main difference is in the design. Women naturally have narrower feet and need support in different areas, so the UltraBoost X is for us!
I love the sock like design of the shoe and how it hugs your foot. It really takes comfort to the next level.  This is thanks to the ultra cushion boost that responds to each movement of your foot. It is almost like these shoes propel you off the ground and give you a really light and comfortable run.
The UltraBoost X also feature a floating arch, which not only looks cool, but the extra support is also extremely comfortable.

how I use it

The Adidas UltraBoost X are designed for running, and while I wore them mostly on runs, I also used them for some cross training. They are extremely comfortable, I will try to explain the feel to you in words, but it is something you really have to experience.

I only ran up to 6 miles in these shoes and they were great. While I am running shorter distances right now, some of the other pros ran much longer distances in these shoes and really liked them. I personally recommend the shoes for shorter runs, cross training and every day wear.

What I think

LOVE. These shoes are so comfortable, so stylish and so versatile. If you have cute running shoes, you are gonna wanna run more often, am I right?!
Honestly, when I put these on for the first time, it was like magic. You  don’t want to take them off. Like I said I really enjoyed them for running and general wear. Don’t make me take these off! They come in lots of fun colors too 🙂

Where to buy
