The holiday season is here! It came so quick; Thanksgiving is literally right around the corner. In this recipe round up, I am sharing delicious and indulgent plant based recipes that are perfect to enjoy on Thanksgiving. Who says that vegetables can’t be super satisfying?! Sweet potato and tempeh happen to be two of my favorite things. This recipe has a delicious glaze and is oh so good. Use this as a side or as entree for the vegetarians in your family. My favorite brand of tempeh: Lightlife. Tastes so much better than the others!

Butternut Squash and Kale Salad


Butternut squash and kale are another two of my favorite things. I included this salad in the Thanksgiving menu a few years ago and it has been a tradition since. This paired with the sweet potato + tempeh would be SO YUM! Not a fan of kale, you will probably still like this salad. My extended family has been converted! Grab the recipe HERE

This delicious pie from Betty Rocker is the! It is as good as it sounds. The best part, it is gluten free and dairy free. I also loved that isn’t super complicated to make.
